engniu senior staff. The interview will be conducted by face to face, telephone or video. And the interview will last around 1 hour. We will send the interview questions to the participants in advance so that they could prepare for it and we would obtain more comprehensive information. 

2.5 Questionnaires
We plan to do 200 questionnaires. Participants of questionnaires will be from both internal and external. Participants will be Chinese consumers and Mengniu staff who are between 15-60 years old. Participants will be expected to conduct around 10 minute’s questionnaires. The questionnaires for Mengniu staff will be conducted by e-mail. The questionnaires for consumers will be conducted in the street or online. 

2.6 Online data collection
With the development of information technology, internet is a really excellent source to obtain information. We will collect consumers’ attitude, comments, and expectation to Chinese dairy industry and Mengniu Company through internet. Due to that increasingly people interact on the social media, The YAZ team will pay attention to topics related to dairy industry and Mengniu. As Mengniu is Chinese brand and its main market is Chinese market, The YAZ team will focus on the social media like Weichat, Weibo, etc. Apart from that, forums and Baidu Tieba are other sources of information. Consumers will post opinions, suggestions and so forth on those platform which have a certain reference value for this project. What the YAZ should note here is that the information on the internet is not always correct, hence, the YAZ should have critical thinking. 

2.7 Data analysis
After collect all the data, we will start data analysis. The analysis could be divided into quantitative and qualitative. The data from questionnaire should use quantitative analysis and interview and online information will be analysed by qualitative method. Apart from that, we will use tools to support the analysis such as Panda Project and Tanagra. The tools are beneficial for dealing with large amount of data. The tools also could save time, and do deeper analysis and present clearer. In addition, we will use tools/models that are noted in the research design part to help the analysis and discussion.

2.8 Report
In terms of the report, we will have the first draft and final report. We will firstly present the first draft to Mengniu including the findings, data analysis results and recommendations. After achieving the feedback from Mengniu, we will modify the report, add parts like introduction, conclusion, etc., do peers review, correct grammar/sentences and edit the format. 

3 Timescales 时间尺度

The Gantt chart below presents the timescales of this project. It shows the start date, end date and durations of each step. The project will take almost 4 months. The time is not fixed, it could be moderate adjusted based on the real situation.
  

4 Team 项目

The project team will consist of members, one director, four consultants and one secretary 
Z, Director, will be in charge of the whole project. He will monitor the every phrase of the project to ensure the process and quality.
