INTRODUCTION
Construction industry is recognised for high complexity and its fragmented nature, on bothtrade and geographical basis. A typical construction project involves various stakeholders andmany phases. These different organisations and teams which often vary in terms of physicallocation are brought together for the duration of the entire project. This fragmentation andcomplexity are the source of the problems associated with communication and informationprocessing among the project teams.
