The way of thinking.
Yes. For example, some Hungarian employee asked for holiday when they just started to work here, but it was very hard for me to arrange the schedule and the daily operation could be disturbed.

It’s very important! If you don’t care about the employees, they won’t try their best to sell the goods and less profit would be made.
7. What kind of quality do you think an owner of a multinational company should have? Have you ever received any training for this?
The communication skills, especially Hungarian language skill and expect of local culture.

It’s good and should be encouraged and accepted.
9. What does cultural diversity bring into IHRM? Is it an opportunity or challenge?
I think both. It’s an opportunity that when you are faced with cultural diversity, you’d better improve yourself first; but it’s also a challenge that if you couldn’t manage it well, difficulties will come.
10. Do you and Hungarian staff working in harmony or conflict?
If there are conflicts sometimes, what are the main reasons?
Generally speaking in a harmony, because Chinese bosses are usually very kind. (haha)
11. Could you illustrate some typical examples of conflict caused by cultural diversity in your company?

Well, it’s not easy to tell, but the whole situation is not optimistic now.
