With the help of English correspondence and network, foreign trade enterprises can get their potential customers and enable them to get in touch with the clients in just a few minutes. The long-term business relationships with their customers can be established after inquiry and mutual communication. Analysis:
When conducting foreign trade activities, it is a vital step to establish business relations and promote goodwill with prospective dealers. This is a letter of seeking foreign trading partner. Such letters often begin by telling the receiver the following:
1) How and where he gets the name and address of the receiver’s company.
2) His intention or desire of writing the letter.
3) The lines of business handled in his company.
4) The reference as to his company’s financial status and integrity.

3.3 It can improve foreign trade work efficiency and reduce cost
It is not only an efficiency way to improve the workload, but also an efficient way to reduce the cost or waste without knowing the exact detailed information.
