目前天津银行总部机关内设有21个职能部门、1个办公室和1个筹备组,股东大会设董事会和监事会,其中董事会设有风险管理委员会、管理交易控制委员会、审计委员会、惹事薪酬委员会、发展战略委员会等五个委员会。
