Some HR experts argued that a well performed organization activity is not because the function of production, researchs and business system, it is but also the result of people organizing effectively and fully utilize their potential innnovation through the effective leadership.

As a result, a powerful spiritual leadership is at the need of position and is introduced in this paper. It promises a more effective human resource management for organization development and demonstrates the ways of leading with spirit including the freedom, effective rewards system and the teamwork.
