Conclusion


Owing to the limitations of the researcher’s ability and some practical difficulties, it is certain that thisresearch is far from satisfied.First of all, the validity and reliability of the test papers should be further testified. On account of thereason that the test papers were designed by the researcher, there certainly exists some drawbacks needed tobe improved.Second, the size of the samples is too small and the experiment range is too limited, which result in theresults of the experiment are not completely convincible. The new method needs to be testified in depth.The spread of a new method needs more empirical study and time.Third, in the process of teaching core and extended meanings of particles and phrasal verbs , there aremany difficulties to cover all the basic meanings and extended meanings of them because of the shortage ofreferable materials and the limitations of the researcher’s ability, so the meanings of particles and phrasalverbs are not exhausted in this study.Finally, the further study should take the level of the teachers and students into consideration.Different teachers and students maybe perform the same method differently.
