Conclusion
Based on the findings and limitations mentioned above,the following points willbe suggested in the fixture related research.
First of all,a large-scale survey on English writing and input hypothesis whichencompasses various universities and majors need to be carried out.
Secondly, more longitudinal research for English writing teaching and learningshould deserve much attention. In practice, the present study and the previous studiesare cross-sectional.
Thirdly,only interview and questionnaire are used in this research. Otherresearch methods, such as classroom observations, should be adopted in the futureresearches.
Last but not the least, the factors are responsible for English writing have beenidentified in this research. However,there might be other factors that the present studyhas not identified which can be considered in the future. Questionnaires containingother kinds of items could potentially cover other dimensions of English writing.
