摘要:本论文的目的是探索学习者自主后台运行基于网络的学习环境下的英语学习者在信息化时代的。从外部因素和个别因素影响自主学习的角度来看,他们的英语学习的现状进行调查研究针对非英语专业研究生。

Chapter One Introduction


1.1 Research Background
由现行的信息技术和互联网为特征的信息时代的来临,带来了根本性的变化,进入了人们的生活和学习方式。技术革命不仅改变了信息的结构,但也以前所未有的速度加快其增长。存储和检索的知识传播方式,已大大改变,由于信息技术的快速发展。全球化和知识型经济的背景下,传统的教学方式提供的信息显然是不够的。因此,为了生存,在信息爆炸的时代,以适应不断变化的全球化环境,必须是一个自治的终身学习,全面的方式,充分利用信息技术,可以使自我发展。自主学习能力的培养被检定视为许多教育工作者的终极目标。关于自主学习,他们不仅要提高自主学习的意识,同时也掌握合适的学习策略,以跟上社会的快速发展。本文基于以上的陈述,是信息化时代的学习者自主的研究。在本研究中,自主学习是指学习过程中,学习者,教师的指导下,在很大程度上取决于设备和基于网络的媒体资源接收和新知识的内在。广泛推行信息技术在教育已经改变了学习者的角色从被动接收到主动选择和用户的教育资源。他们有很大的自主权,必须对自己的学习负责。学习者自主性的特点,可以阐述如下。首先,目标的自主学习,自我发展,而不是通过考试或获得某些种类的证书。
The advent of information era characterized by the prevailing of informationtechnology and the Internet has brought fundamental changes into people’s way of livingand learning. The technological revolution has not only transformed the structure ofinformation but also accelerated its growth at an unprecedented speed. The waysknowledge spread, stored and retrieved have been greatly transformed due to the rapiddevelopment of information technology. Under the background of globalization andknowledge-based economy, information provided by the traditional way of teaching isobviously insufficient. Therefore, in order to survive in the era of information explosionand to adapt to the ever changing environment of globalization, one must be anautonomous life-long learner that can make full use of information technology forself-development in an all-round way. The cultivation of autonomous learning ability hasbeen regarded as the ultimate goal by many educators. With regard to autonomous learners,they should not only raise awareness of autonomous learning but also master suitablelearning strategies to keep up with the rapid development of society. Based on thestatements above, this paper is a research on learner autonomy in the era of information.In the present study, learner autonomy refers to the learning process in which learners,under the instruction of teachers, depend largely on network-based equipment and mediaresources to receive and internalize new knowledge. The extensive implementation ofinformation technology in Education has changed the role of learners from passivereceivers to active selector and user of educational resources. They have great autonomyand must be responsible for their own learning. The characteristics of learner autonomycan be elaborated as follows. Firstly, the goal of autonomous learning is self-developmentrather than passing exams or getting certain kinds of certificates.
Autonomous learners cangovern their learning with strong sense of self-monitoring and controlling. In order toachieve goals and better learning results, they would spare no efforts and try diversified learning methods. Secondly, autonomous learners can be freed from the restraints of timeand space. Learning behavior can be carried out any time or place that they favor. Thirdly,from the perspective of learning process, autonomous learning enables learners to fully taplearning resources through different means. In the whole process of learning, they are ableto make decisions for themselves, from the selection of learning material, the making andimplementation of plans, the usage of learning strategies to the evaluation of learningresults. It is also a process through which learner would get a better understanding of theirlearning styles and be able to find suitable ways to promote future learning.
