1.0 Introduction
Organizational structure is the basic structure of enterprise operation, an important part of enterprise management and the basis for enterprise’s development (Coates, 1995). Organizational structure can effectively organize all the members to work hard to achieve its aims. Organizational structure is the carrier for distribution of enterprises’ resource and authority. Under human behaviors, it can transfer information, help business flow and promote the development of company. Appropriate organizational structure can achieve some relative objects of enterprises. Firstly, clear organizational structure confirms the right and responsibility of leader and employee; secondly, appropriate organizational structure can promote information communication in the organization; thirdly, it can improve the relationship between the different departments. Due to the important role of organizational structure for the development of company, the strategy revolution of a company should begin from organizational structure.
