Abstract
Exchange rate is an important and comprehensive index for a country involved in international economic activities, is the link to contact the domestic market and international markets, changes in exchange rates will directly affect the operation of a country's macroeconomic, so the exchange rate issue has been the focus of political and academic circles. However, whether the RMB exchange rate is undervalued has become a controversial topic, the RMB exchange rate issue has thus become the focus of the international politics and international economic.
