Accordingly, reasonableness means that the management acts on a certain issue or problem in a reasonable way. Reasonableness consider three aspects: first, is to know whether the employee act reasonably in forming his perception to what the facts were or providing factual evidences to make his judgement reasonable. The second one is the notion that the employer should be able to adopt and consider fair procedure such as considering different laws and rules and code of practice and lastly being reasonable means that the management has been able to do the decision with regards to the collated evidences.
