Introduction
Union is essentially a cartel. Cartel in general refers to the joint pricing, is used in the business on price-fixing conspiracy among manufacturers. Used in the trade unions, it is through a collective of workers and employers negotiations to obtain such as minimum wage, reduction in labor intensity and increase in welfare purposes (Ironside & Seifert, 2000). The misperceptions result from that: the union represents workers, employers are mutually exclusive concepts. Workers are through collective and employers bargaining to force the employers to increase employees’ wages.
In this essay, I will conduct the comparison between the collective bargaining and employee involvement to secure the motivation and commitment of employees.

Conclusion
From the above analysis, it is known that on the relationship between the collective bargaining and employees at least have two obvious logic errors:
First, the union can not represent all the workers, but only represent the interests of some people, even a small fraction of people's interests. And in the imagination of most people, most in need of protection through the trade union are those who have low incomes, unskilled workers in the bottom, it stands to reason that trade unions of course are mainly composed of these people, but in fact, the composition of trade unions is primarily those with high technical higher income workers.
Second is the logic problem of collective action. People that understand the concept of cartel should clearly understand that the cartel is very difficult to maintain. The difficulty of cartel is after each pricing to reduce the members’ profits quietly. Since the union is a cartel, then of course to maintain https://www.51lunwen.org/humanresource/  in the market is very difficult. Each worker will be secretly working, and each worker may all realize, although, the collective decision-making is determined by all individuals to vote, in a large group the choice of his own influence on the outcome of the negotiations is basically zero.
Therefore, the current trade union in the coordination of labor relations is limited to coordinate the workers the individual labor dispute with the company, as well as a symbolic sign of collective labor contracts, but can not truly represent the equal consultant of workers and business owners, also can not represent the employees to participate in the income distribution policy, wage levels and the development of various welfare benefits.
