This dissertation mainly discussed how employers should listen to employees’ voice, and took a Chinese company and a British company as an example to do a comparison, through comparing the similarities and difference of the two companies on how to listen to employees’HRMvoice, analyzed the results, finally made a conclusion how employers should listen to the views of employees’.

The research methodologies used for this study are interviews and a case study research.
