        This dissertation mainly discussed how employers should listen to employees’ voice, and took a Chinese company and a British company as an example to do a comparison, through comparing the similarities and difference of the two companies on how to listen to employees’HRMvoice, analyzed the results, finally made a conclusion how employers should listen to the views of employees’.

        本研究使用的研究方法,访谈和案例研究。在本文中,首先,我会使用几个访谈发现有关经理对待听员工,和员工对它的看法是什么,更重要的是,我们想知道,为了倾听员工的声音,他们采取了什么措施,他们已经开发出的系统,如果他们潜入任何鼓励到这个区域;最后,我们想知道,倾听员工的声音,企业是否有任何好处,如果是,在哪些方面?

        The research methodologies used for this study are interviews and a case study research. In the dissertation, firstly, I  would use several interviews to discover how relevant managers treat listening to employees’, and what is the view of employees’ about it, what’s more, we would like to know, in order to listen to employees’ voice, what measure they have taken, what systems they  have developed, if they dived any encouragement into this area; finally, we would like to know by listening to employees’ voice, whether enterprises got any benefits, if did, in what areas?
        Secondly, a case study design adapted was developed and the case study research was conducted. After an extensive literature review, a conceptual framework for designing the interviewer guidelines was developed. The framework includes the process of listening to employees’ voice that are supported by technology, organization, and culture and are directed towards the company's/business unit's management objectives. This framework assured that all relevant aspects of the suggestion activity were studied, they are following:
Expounding from system,methods, areas on how enterprises make suggestion scheme strategy.
Finally, I will collect some data which help me achieve the objectives of this paper (e. g: https://www.51lunwen.org/humanresource/ Related to the income and growth of enterprises, the number of people engaged in suggestion scheme management, and investment for suggestion scheme etc.)
