(2) The original communication-oriented translationapproach and the principle of equal inferential distance in translating within theFramework of Relevance Theory: the latter is the further development of the former, i.e.readers of original texts and those of translated texts have equal inferential distance wheninterpret the author's intention. (3) Relevance-theoretic translation models: Zhao Yanchun(1999) puts forward the inferential model of univalent translation constituent and bivalenttranslation constituent; Song Xu and Yang Zijian (2003) hold forth the inferential modelof original work-comprehension of translator. Besides these, more scholars fasten theirfocus on analysis on Relevance Theory of Translation. Zhang Chunbai (2003) analyzesdialectically the differentiation between direct and indirect translation. Meng Jiangang(2001) argues that the concept of optimal relevance can effectively explain therelationship between domestication and foreignization. Basically speaking, the focus isstill on theory construction, concept analysis, and phenomena explanation and itsapplication.

　　As a part of Chinese literature and the world literature, Li Qingzhao's Ci has beenpaid great attention on, and the study of the translation of her works initiates very early.Compared with those male Ci writers, Li Qingzhao is more popular among scholarsbecause of her eminence and importance as a female writer. In English-speaking world,the study on the translation of her works began with Robert Payne in 1949(Li Qing,2010).
