Ethical issues:

伦理问题的研究来说，任何项目都是值得一提的，例如有些人由于商业秘密和个人隐私不喜欢回答的问题等。因此，研究人员设计调查问卷时，应避免伦理问题。

Any project should mention research ethics, for example, some people do not like to answer questions due to trade secret or personal privacy, therefore, when researcher design questionnaire, it should be avoid ethics problem. According to this research, the questionnaire should avoid to fishing commercial secrets, and respect the participator’s right. The most important is that in different business area has different ethics issues should be covered. For instance, Anthony J Jackson (2010) published the article “Ethical Issues in Inventory Management”, this paper includes some ethical violations in inventory management, when I do research, those institutions should be considered. I also acquainted with the ethical guidelines of Newcastle University. The dissertation project ethics checklist form was coved in the following.

但是由于样本量的数量是有限的，如何避免普遍性的横断面设计，是中国中小企业研究的问题。但是对于大多数的中国中小企业来说，它很难收集信息，因此，会影响结果的准确性。

However, generalizability of cross-sectional design is limited since the number of sample size, the research question about China SMEs, however, it difficult to collect information from majority of China SMEs, therefore, the accuracy of result would be affected. In order to solve this question, large amount and accuracy data can benefit to the research. In addition, Alan Bryman and Emma Bell (2011) suggest that it is common limitation within business use one research methods, triangulated approach can address this question to extent either quantitative or qualitative methods.

Proposed data handing and analysis:
The primary researches of inventory problems were based upon specific firms and some large companies. The qualitative data will be much accuracy and avoid the generally question. These kinds of research result take a guiding role in my research. According to the research question of this work which the project need, the inductive approach is more suitable rather than deductive, since this research is not develop theories, via the information collection, concluding the factors and elements of the topic. In addition, this paper use qualitative research, Alan Bryman and Emma Bell (2011) explore that inductive strategy of linking with a qualitative research approach. The inductive method will help researcher list results to answer research question.
