The assignment should include the following: 
1. An introductory summary of the research objectives explaining how the survey instrument meets the objectives of the study.
2. A summary of the questionnaire, with justification for any changes or improvements.
3. Summary and justification for the way the sampling for the pilot study was carried out.
4. Re-state the two Hypotheses in the null and alternative form (revised if necessary from assignment 1)
5. The pilot survey instrument (in the appendix – or a link to the web)
6. Descriptive data for all questions and items on the questionnaire, set out concisely in tables and/or figures.
7. Pre-tests should be conducted as follows:
a. Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test for the dependent variable, and a grouping variable,
b. Histograms to show distribution of the dependent variable
c. Sample size calculation for a main study
d. Cronbach Alpha tests for each construct** (reliability)
e. Comment on the face validity
8. A table showing proposed tests for the main study (based on results of a normality test and the type of data collected).
9. Provide comments and interpretation throughout of all the data presented and the pre-tests.
10. Reflect briefly on the whole process of the research and report on what has been learnt from the exercise

Do not carry out the tests
All descriptive data may be presented in tables imported from other programmes e.g. SPSS or Excel.  Please make sure the essential tables and figures are in the main body of the assignment

* The small sample of 15 is required because of the time constraints of the assignment.
**All relevant outputs from Cronbach Alpha test must be provided, but could be presented in the appendix.
