Abstract
In this paper, it mainly researches the organization culture, firstly I describe the literatures about organization culture, secondly research a organization culture model and use this model to analysis the organization https://www.51lunwen.org/azzy/  culture of China Merchants Bank, thirdly have some recommendations. I found that stories, symbols, power structures, organization structures, control systems and rituals, routines can affect the organization culture, the stories of banks, symbols, internal control system , power structure, employee handbook, organization structure affect the organization culture, make the “the firstly in the world, team working, hardworking, easy communication” culture. Actually firm must continue improve the organization culture, only in this way can benefit to the organization culture.

1. Introduction
1.1 Background
Since 1980s, the organization culture become a corporate management theory, it marks that the corporate management become change from “object-centered” to “human-centered”. As the economic globalization, the completely between firm become more and more seriously, firms enter into the completely of “core values” and “core concept”. Many firm become to build suitable organization culture, particularly for the multinational. The organization culture is a important factor for the development of firm, it is in the development process of enterprise, extraction and formation entrepreneurial tradition and spirit distillation, and integration it that wound been widely recognized as the staff, unified value system and code of conduct to the cultural inspiration to employees, and promote long-term development of enterprises. Banks in China build organization culture is very later, and also develop very slowly, so it necessary to research the organization culture of banks in China, this paper will mainly research the organization culture of banks in China, and have some conclusions and recommendation, which may benefit to the development of banks’ organization culture in China.
