Abstract

In general, the organizational culture of an organization is mainly reflected in the overall awareness, collaboration awareness, communication patterns, dispute tolerance attitude towards risk, the relationship between managers and employees, goal-oriented and so on.
This study selects one of the most famous companies: Cisco, for example, combined with Schein’s three levels of organisational culture to discuss the main points and procedures in the aspect of its organizational culture, hoping to provide guidance on its management.
