Institutions of learning that is perform especially well or poorly. A college management, finance/Accounting, day to day operation continuous enhancement, research and development and technological activities for a new college of higher education are areas where internal strength or weakness arises. The process of identify and evaluating establishment of a new college of higher learning to be based in London for the overseas student market, strength and weakness is the functional areas of the college is an essential strategy-management activities.

The new college of higher education must strive to pursue strategies that capitalised on internal strengths and improve on internal weakness. Strengths and weakness are determine relative to competitive that is “relative” deficiencies or superiority is important information while strengths and weakness are determine by elements of “being rather performance”.

1.2. Target Overseas Student Market

Overseas student market internal factors are also determined with computing ratio, measuring performance and industrial averages.

In UK contents, and in view of imperial college London quality of service standard and performance, overseas student are reported paying about £20000 just in few.

The new college to be established must have a long term objective that must be changing measurable, consistence, reasonable and clear.

Changes in external forces translate into changes in overseas students (consumer) demand for quality of higher learning in London, UK.
