gy section that 50 effective samples were obtained from the process of the online interviews, 29 samples of which were completed by people who are very closely associated with the China’s real estate state industry which included bankers,  staff of the real estate corporations’, insurers and the like. Appendix has shown the details of questionnaires, including the exact number of respondents and the percentages of their answers. The results of questionnaires will be discussed in this section.
Respondents’ selection
The general backgrounds of questionnaire are shown as below. The majority of the respondents have possessed good educational background, whose income level can represent the mediocre class in China. Most of respondents coming from the five Chinese municipalities, including Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Shenzhen and Hangzhou of which real estate market is flourishing and prosper in China now. these five cities have consisted along the north to south coastal region of China that has be shown on the Chinese map in the figure 2 below.
The selection criteria of these respondents include their better comprehension of Chinese economic development and rules, their crucial positions in corporations and abundant experience in handling risks in real estate industry. In addition, these respondents also give close attention to the development and trend of Chinese real estate market because they are eager to find appropriate investment opportunities with their spare money so that they are familiar with real estate situations in China and will give more complete judgment on questions.

The online survey covers various geographic regions with a wide range of market experience, the varying sizes of different corporations, and the different exposure in the global market. All of the questionnaire forms were sent and collected by means of email service on the basis of my own relation network.
6.1 General Attitudes on the China’s Real Estate Market
The questions in section 2 of questionnaire will be discussed in this part, including respondents’ opinions on the future trend of Chinese real estate prices and their opinions on the Chinese real estate market.
The majority of respondents think that the real estate price in China will keep stable or continue to increase further. 44 per cent of the total qualified respondents believe that the Chinese real estate prices will further increase, while 26 per cent believe that the prices will stabilize and only 22 per cent think that the prices will decrease, which have been shown in the figure 3 below, the result of which is correspond to question number 2 of the questionnaire in section 2.

Many researchers have evaluated that the real estate prices in China are rather high and there are high bubbles in the real estate market in China since 2000. Seriously, the Chinese real estate prices grew up tremendously in 2007. The distorted situation of Chinese real estate market performance has caused the curiosity that the international economic development rules and real estate theories may not be applicable the Chinese real estate market. The Chinese real estate market has formed its own development characteristics.
