The Study of the Entrepreneur and Entrepreneurship in Wal-Mart
Executive Summary
In order to identify the role of entrepreneur and entrepreneurship in an enterprise, it is necessary to regard the enterprise named Wal-Mart as a case, analyzing the entrepreneurial practices from various aspects. In this way, a rational Marketing campaign will be designed to raise awareness of the product.

In this part, the enterprise named Wal-Mart in the entrepreneurial stage, which is taken as a successful entrepreneurial firm, will be discussed with a purpose of understanding the overall condition and opportunities as well as challenges for the enterprise. Wal-Mart as a retailing company was built in 1962, and its founder Sam Walton who is born in a small family, is a brave, initiative, energetic and diligent American man, creating his own career and style successfully as an entrepreneur. The building of Wal-Mart is closely related to the founder Sam Walton in which his unique style and innovation has been applied deeply. In the entrepreneurial stage, Wal-Mart has gained satisfying profits by low-price sales and ‘satisfied-guarantee’ as a retaining shop and then set up more similar shops around the country, which has targeted the potential and existed customers and markets (Wal-Mart Corporate, 2012a). However, although there have been increasing shops and targeted customers to broaden the market share, Wal-Mart still has relative disadvantages in the capital and size compared to other large enterprises. As the entrepreneur, Sam Morton has taken effective measures to collect more funds, building a series of discounted shops to attract more customer groups (Wal-Mart Corporate, 2012b). The enterprise has gained great achievements in the entrepreneurial stage and eventually has become the largest retaining enterprise in the world by making the most of its advantages and making sensible decisions to seize beneficial opportunities.

Conclusion
In conclusion, the report has analyzed Wal-Mart as a case from the perspective of the entrepreneur and entrepreneurship, and then suggests a marketing campaign that contributes to the development of the enterprise. By applying the relevant theory of entrepreneur and entrepreneurship as well as the marketing, the opportunities and challenges could be found in Wal-Mart, and it could also get a comprehensive understanding of the overall condition and performance of the enterprise. In entrepreneurial stage, Wal-Mart and its founder seized a variety of opportunities at the right time while burdening the relative risks.
