In the implementation of new policy the hospital management first plans a chain of command. This is a wise decision because it is very much important be successful this help the managers to accomplish their works more efficiently that it becomes easy to know what to do and whom to report? The management divided the works of porters and domestics as group they need to take command from their team leader and they also have to report towards their team leaders. This is good management style to do work in team. Because it motivate the employee to become more efficient and the dedication towards the organization increases.
In the process of implementing the multi-skill plan the management also takes ones steps that is reallocation of the responsibilities and the workers will present in the ward level instead of central pool. This step will increase the availability of the workers and the lead time of accomplishing their work will decrease. This policy will obviously increase the efficiency of the service of the workers.
For becoming multi-skilled employee the management also arrange training program. This will help the employee to become more efficient and increase the productivity of the organization. This policy will may also motivate the employees of the organization.
Before implementation of the final plan the management of the hospital also conducted a pilot study on a large ward. This will be very much effective for finding out the area which should be modified or change as per the requirement of the hospital. This will also make a chance for the employee to have a close eye on the plan provided by the management and have a clear understanding how the plan will help them in working their work.

Conclusion and recommendations 结论和建议
Rossett NHS Trust hospital needs to give emphasis on the leadership style and management to motivate their employees while implementing any new strategy especially when it is related with the human resource. The management of the hospital takes a good strategy which will bring potential benefits from managerial perspective, provide good value for money, make cost savings, and reduce operational cost. Their strategy will also reduce the employee effort and make them more effective towards their works. But they are facing some problems like incompatible negotiation with the union leaders etc. but these problems can be overcome by taking some initiatives. For facing the problems and implementing the strategy the management can take following strategy:
Develop leadership style while planning the strategy I think here participative leadership style will work most.
