1. An investigation into the problem situation
The Doncaster Community Leisure Centre, located in the Shopping Centre 代写英国论文in Doncaster, has been devoted in providing good services to the local community since its foundation, and it has gained much popularity among the local community and local groups. The day to day running of the centre is contracted out to a private company- BFit, which is regulated by a Management Committee with a membership which includes councilors and local community leaders.
Dick Martin, manager of the center wants to put the centre on a firm financial basis while continuing to widen its appeal in the community, in order to do so, he is proposing the creation of a webpage for the center and promoting E-commerce type activities. Besides, with the increasing facilities, he wants to apply databases to support the center’s daily operation. Rosalind Smith is in charge of the bookings and timetabling of activities in the center. The up-to date information of the bookings can be checked in the main office, when changes occur to the timetable, it will be updated and reprinted.
