7.1 Summary
    The main significance of the results of this study reflects the concept: This article draws on a Enterprise-Wide Risk Management framework to build a risk management mechanism of the ABC Certified Public Accountants. In order to strengthen the management of the  accounting firm,  controlling the risk of Certified Public Accountants,  a new  way of thinking, pioneering theoretical  studies of ABC accounting firm risk management perspective, and also has a strong reference and
guidance.

7.2 Future research prospects
    However, this study has some shortcomings, mainly reflected in:
    1 .An accounting firm survey limited to the ABC Certified Public Accountants, the sample size of a lack of guidance on the accounting industry as a whole, can onlyserve as reference basis.
    2. Qualitative indicators, non-quantitative risk assessment of selected indicators for the multi-index, the lack of scientific basis and specific criteria for risk assessment used a qualitative indicator, whether a true reflection of the level of risk needs to be further examination.
