1.0 Introduction
As Russell  (1993, pp.123-134) mentioned the syndicated loan refers to groups of organizers and their structure, arrangement and administration by the support of one or several commercial banks or invested banks. It is necessary to discuss the security for secured syndicated loans in an international context. This paper will analyse different mechanisms which are generally used in the common law jurisdictions and the civil law https://www.51lunwen.org/law/ jurisdictions to deal with the transfer of secured syndicated debt. And finally the reasons for the differences in common law jurisdictions and civil law jurisdictions will be demonstrated.
With the aim to clarify the security for secured syndicated loans in an international context, the research questions are listed below. First, it is to explain the security for secured syndicated loans used in the common law jurisdiction. Second, it is to interpret Security for secured syndicated loans used in the civil law jurisdiction. Third, it is to present the differences of security for secured syndicated loans used in the common law jurisdiction and the civil law jurisdiction. This paper will adopt the qualitative analysis to discuss the research problem. This paper consists of five parts. The first part is an introduction of the whole paper with the highlighting of the research purpose, research methodology, research questions as well as the organization. The second and the fourth parts are the main body of the whole paper. They respectively illustrate the security for secured syndicated loans used in the common law jurisdiction https://www.51lunwen.org/ygshlw/2012/0624/2029455130.html and the civil law jurisdiction, as well as the differences of the two. Last but not least, a natural conclusion is drawn.
