5至6月，2005年欧盟宪法条约被公民在法国和荷兰的全民公决否决。从那时起，欧盟宪法建立危机开始引起欧盟反思自己。两年后，里斯本条约，这是欧盟宪法条约的修订和简化版本，是由欧盟成员国在2007年12月那么宪法制定过程中得到重新签署。欧盟制宪危机内容的各种冲突中的定位prsenting方面引起思考和欧洲一体化的发展可能性的障碍。欧盟宪法危机不是一个偶然事件，它揭示了许多问题，如主权让渡、跨国政治干预、忠诚转移和反全球化趋势等。在一个词，欧盟宪法危机的研究不仅可以让我们更好地理解宪法意义，而且促使我们思考如何在统一的宪法框架不同的民族或国家。From May to June in 2005, The EU constitutional Treaty was rejected by citizens in the referendum of France and Holland. Since that, the EU Consititution-building Crisis started which gave rise to European Union to introspect himself. Two years later, the Lisbon Treaty, which was the revised and simplified version of The EU Consititutional Treaty, was signed by EU members in December 2007. So the consititutionalg making process get restarted. It is the most serious and complex event in European integration process that the EU constitution building crisis reflacts a variety of conflicts prsenting in the aspect of orientation perspective and has evoked considerations on the obstacles and possibilities of European integration and development. The EU constitution building crisis is not an accident, it reveals many problems, such as sovereignty transfer, cross-national political intervention, loyalty transfer and anti-globalization trend. In a word, study on EU constitution building crisis not only can give us a better understanding of constitutional significance but also motivate us to think about how to unify different nations or countries under a constitutional framework.

Conclusion总结

After the discussion about the EU constitutional texts and economical conflict, any decision of the European Union is difficult in pursuing maximized interests of the whole EU while maintaining national interests absolutely fair. Different policies are always more inclined to some particular countries, even they have harmed the interests of other member states. Thus, we believe that there is a paradox between national interest and EU interest which is one of the most important reasons for causing EU consitutional cirsis. The conflict of economic interests is inherent for this event.
