 Abstract
The present study presents a detailed of a project implemented to solve the problem that most of my students do not like doing the spoken practice I designed for them, so they had less ability of spoken English.  It is hypothesized that learners’ interest in spoken English will be greatly increased by well-designed activities, so it will improve learners’ ability of spoken English. This hypothesis is verified by a four-week practice of well designed oral work activities.
Methodologically, four methods are used, and they are analytic method, cause analysis, questionnaires and interview method.

摘  要
这个研究提出了一个详细的报告是为了解答我的大部分学生不喜欢做我过去为他们设计的口语练习,所以他们的口语能力不强。假设通过很好的课程设计，提高学习者的兴趣，那么就会大大提高学习者的口语能力。这个假设值得好好用四个星期设计的口语活动来检查。
方法上，我使用了四种：它们是分析法、原因法、问卷调查法和采访法。
