Introduction
We know everyone is a individual and has their own personality, but when they join in a same team, a large number of new challenges will wait for it in its management and organization. Hence, designing an effective and perfect performance evaluation system is very necessary and pressing, because it can have a significant impact on the improvement of the employee as well as on the development of the company if the performance evaluation system can be operated very well.

The main seven functions of the performance evaluation systems
1. to manifest strengths and weaknesses of the employee in their works
2. to facilitate the employee’s individual development
3. to help the company to decide their strategies and plans
4. to provide an equitable and defensible pay structure depend on their performance
5. to take or recommend appropriate measures when an employee's performance is unsatisfactory
6. to evaluate efficaciousness of a series of human resource practices via analyzing the performance data
7. to help the company to build a stickyard which can be used to measured on hiring, promotion, awarding aspects, an so on

Learning Outcomes:
· To understand the realities of decision making in relation to the management of human resources.
· Analyse theoretical models of the management of human resources and select appropriate approaches.
· Synthesize competing theoretical perspectives and recommend appropriate strategies for rewarding employees.
· Employ written/oral communication, with supporting media, to clearly articulate findings and opinions to others
