Liu Ye (2006) points out that English as a foreign language has become a sure access to information of all sorts and an indispensable means of international communication. Besides, he also said that with the shift from the ability of manipulating the linguistic structure to the ability of using the language to communicate in written/spoken forms in English, EFL writing was considered as a tool for people to communicate in a real situation.
