A business development plan for Shui On in China
1.0 Introduction
The main purpose of this report is to create one business development plan for Shui On in the market of China. Shui On is created by Mr. Luo in 1971 over Hong Kong. Now it has developed to be one integrated company and extends its business into disparate fields, such as real estate, building materials such as cement, property management and so on. Since 1985, Shui On Group began its long journey in the mainland of China. Now it can be said that Shui On has great significance in the real estate market of China. This can https://www.51lunwen.org/business/ be seen clearly from its present organizational structure (attached in the appendix). What is more, it is also the largest cement manufacture in the Southwest of China. Along with the soaring development of China, Shui On grasps the great chance and opportunity to expand itself. Basing on the present macro-environment and micro-environment of Shui On’s development in mainland of China and Shui On’s own internal situation, this report would create one five years’ business development plan for Shui On, one medium-term business plan for a company. Undoubtedly for creating this plan, data approach and literature analysis would be two main methods used to guide the direction of the plan.
