Background
After the weekly meeting of department heads and the firm’s management accountant, some workers always in trouble, and everyone never know who until they see the reports, somebody also complain although the target is tightened, but it take long time for they to prepare reports explain the reasons. The target of market department is to provide high quality medium priced productions to customers, but they also need to pacify they when https://www.51lunwen.org/Accounting/ the quality is not what they are used to. Accountant also very quick to challenge workers on overtime for setting up, actually sometimes, one-off contracts may create more idle time, and the accountant never go to the factory floor, this is a problem. Some workers also complain they only see financial numbers, while they are asking see if they can produce an analysis of profitability by customer, and want to see how these one-off customer are adding to the overall profitability. All of above problems are about the management accounting, it includes target, management control, profitability analysis, now I will present the problems and have some methods to solve them.

Conclusions
i analysis the problems of company, then take some measures to solves these problems. For this company, I think the company must build the information system that workers can share the information and solves in time. The company should make the budget science, the accountant must know the situation of every department and collect the initial information. Company also should build the friendly relationship to the customer, meet the demand of customer. Actually the company may have management control system, it can apply the action control, culture control and result control to manage the workers and operations. At last, the company should build the performance evaluation system to assess the performance of workers, make the workers working positive.
