应用研究方法的问题是关于企业组织的雇主品牌,以及如何在招聘和甄选过程利用雇主品牌。在这项研究中我提到关于研究问题和研究目标,我也提到研究范围的局限性,本研究也将用于发觉雇主品牌组织招聘和选拔过程中的感知。
对于研究方法有2种类型的理论,分别为归纳理论和演绎理论。归纳研究主要是运用经验、定性数据和定量数据进行归纳研究。而演绎研究则是科学方法的演绎研究。然后,我将讨论3种类型的方法案例研究,访谈和问卷调查。这3种方法有助于我们找出企业组织在招聘和选拔过程中有用的雇主品牌。
How to use employer brand in recuitment and selection processes
This question of applied research method is about employer brand in the organisation, and how to use employer brand in recruitment and selection processes. In this research I mention about research question and research objectives and also I mention about research scope what are the limitations of this research and which will use to discover the perception of employer brand in organisation for recruitment and selection processes.
The literature review is about the employer brand in organisation and how it helpful for recruitment and selection process with the help of many experts who wrote about employer brand in organisation.
For the research methodology there are 2 types of theory inductive theory and deductive theory. Inductive research theory investigates by use of experience, qualitative data and quantitative data as well. And deductive research theory investigates on scientific method. Then I will discuss 3 types of methods case study, interviews and questionnaires. Those 3 types of methods are helpful to find out how useful employer brand in organisation for recruitment and selection processes.
For the research theory there are 2 types of research strategy, which are theoretical and empirical. For the theoretical research strategy, not use straight observation or behaviour and for the empirical research strategy, we need to use observation, behaviour and experience for research. And then check how employer brand in organisation is useful for recruitment and selection processes.
In this research I mention what methodology use for achieving objectives, what are the scope and what are the limitation of research, what type of data techniques I use and what type of data collection tools use and how will present the data and what are the ethical issues for research.
