Secondly,  when  Mongolian  English  majors  use  “in”,  “on”  and  “at”,  there  are both  positive  and  negative  conceptual  transfer.  1)  In  terms  of  temporal  concept expression,  the  preposition  “in”  of  Mongolian  English  learners  only  shows  positive conceptual  transfer  which  caused  by  Mongolian  and  Chinses,  while  negative conceptual  transfer  is  not  obvious,  some  negative  conceptual  transfer  are  caused  by first  language.  This  may  be  because  the  errors  of  “in”  caused  by  the  negative conceptual  transfer  are  shown  by  “on”  and  “at”.  Because  the  concept  of  ' , '  in Mongolian and “zai….li” in Chinese are transferred positively to preposition 'in', but there  will  be  errors  when  the  concept  of  'in'  in  English  is  transferred  to  ' , '  in Mongolian. 2）The usage of spatial prepositions by Mongolian English majors is not only  influenced  by  the  conceptual  transfer  of  mother  tongue,  but  also  by  the conceptual transfer of second language Chinese. In the corpus, the conceptual transfer of  mother  tongue  includes  positive  and  negative  transfer,  while  the  influence  of second  language  Chinese  lies  in  the  positive  conceptual  transfer  of  the  preposition 'on'  when  expressing  the  concept  of  multimedia  space.  3）When  the  concept  of Mongolian  is  the  same  as  that  of  Chinese,  it  is  classified  as  the  third  kind  of conceptual  transfer.  Mongolian  third  language  learners  will  also  be  affected  by  both first  language  and  second  language,  which  takes  the  forms  of  positive  and  negative transfer.
