In order to cope with cross-cultural issues, it is critical to understand someone himself and someone’s culture. For everyone in the team, it is necessary to reflect on one’s own cultural prejudices, biases as well as values. Consciousness of one’s own culture is a way to approach new and creative ideas. In addition, another method is to adjust oneself to different cultures, and to be aware that diversity exists to make us communicate with each other. The third is method is to get rid of stereotypes and prejudices, for the purpose of opening the door to empirical thoughts.
