摘要:本文研究主体是企业中的manager和leader。作者对二者在企业中不同的位置职责和权利进行了研究。

identify the way to input the new ideas in to reality and improve the productivity of the organization to gain profit. Managers are more interested in improving the way of the operations that been done by the organization. Managers don’t thing about labors personal things, for managers labors are workers and they must do the task that given by the managers. To finish the task managers will influence and negotiate with his employs for an example if the organization must produce more product than a normal production day, so manager will influence the works to do overtime and as a reword he will give overtime allowance and also he can provide food for them, so with this method he will influence the employees at the same time he also done the work that they give. Managers will negotiate with their supplier to get their supply in low cost with this they can improve their productivity so they will ask the supplier if you give less price the organization will take more product form the suppliers. With this approach the manager will get more raw materials from the supplier in a reasonable price. The manager has the power to employ more employees if the organization is having problem with labors. The roles of a manager are planning, organizing, staffing, leading and controlling to achieve the goal of an organization. Because of that some on can be a manager but not a leader. A manager is a person how give the idea in to reality but not the person how gives the idea. The person how gives the idea is leader because he have a group of people to follow him. A manager is a person how works for to get his salary but for a leader he will get the profit from the work that done by their follower.

 

Leader is a person how has his own followers to achieve his goal. A good leader will have a good communication skill, with this skill he will influence more people to become his followers to achieve the goal that sat in the organization. Leader is an innovative person he will identify new ideas and give to his followers to achieve it in reality. Leaders not only look thru the internal environment he also cover the external environment because a leader must know what are the need and want of the people so he can get a solution to satisfy the people. Leader always will give all facilities to his followers. He will tack care of his followers. Weather the follower is facing a problem in an organization or out said of the organization the leader will identify a way to solve the problem for the follower. The followers will follow the leader inside the organization or outside the organization because the leader is the person how controls the organization and also he fulfilling the need and want of the followers. For an example leader is giving a project to his followers and thee followers are doing the project and give an concussion so the leader will give salary to his followers so the followers will spend the salary for their own need and want to fulfill. So the followers will give respect and follow the leaders because they thrust their leader. Leaders can be a manager because managers are taking orders from the leader. Leader is the person who giving the work to his follower.
