Leader is giving the all benefits to the follower. Leader are being more innovative and giving new ideas to the organization. Managers are not being a good innovator to give a new ideas but he will identify the way to achieve the new ideas that give by the leaders in to reality. Leader are caring and giving facilities to his followers but the manager is focusing more in to productivity.

 

In some organization one person will be the manager and the leader because he will be giving the new ideas and he will be the same person how identify the way to put the idea into reality and they will achieve their goal set. The person who have the both manager and leader position will do the both works like he must be looking for the way to improve the productivity with is employs and also he must tack care and fulfill the need and want of his follower. Normally a person who has the both position will be doing a small business in the environment. Because if the person have a large business or a multinational organization he can’t do the both woke at the same time, the bigger business the manager or the leader have more responsibility to do and get their goal. A person who having a small business can do the both position at the same time for an example a business have the capacity of 30 employs to do the productivity so the person how start up the business can do the both manager and the same time in the business. Hi can come up with a new ideas and he can identify the input process for that idea and produced as a product. He also can communicate with his employs or we can say his follower because they belief in him and identify the need and want of them and fulfill. In other part he also can plan the process of the productivity with his works as a manager. He also can do the both internal and external environment process to identify what is the need and want of the both sector and he can make the decision do improve the company. The person who taking part in both position will be the person who more responsible because he must tack care of his follower as a leader and he must do the productivity chine in constant as a manager.

 

In this economical world managers and leaders are playing an important part for satisfying the need and want of each consumer. Leaders are identifying the need and want of the customers and the giving new ideas to fulfill the need and want. As for manager they are identify the way to produce the ideas in to reality and give a product to the customers to fulfill the need and want. So managers and leader are playing a major for fulfill aver dally rotating life.
