     Organization refers to an operation system which has an organizational competitiveness, it can be any enterprise which is eager for achieving the desired operating goal through proper planning for works and reasonable arrangements for talents of the organization to promote mutual cooperation and strengthen the battle effectiveness of the team to reach the goal of operation.

     管理是企业竞争力的一个重要环节,在强调高效率和高竞争力的组织,手术成功的关键因素在于健全的人力资源管理系统。

     Management is an important link in organizational competitiveness, in the organization which emphasizes high efficiency and high competitiveness, the key factor for successful operation lies in a sound human resources management system.


1) Staff relationships/trust:
How staff relates to and interacts with each other; staff’s trust level; who supports whom; e.g., school leadership avoids interaction with staff; several leaders, each of whom has own clique.

2) Communication:
How, when, and about what people communicate with each other; who communicates with whom; whether communication is overt or covert; e.g., key leaders have frequent, personal one-on-one communication with key leaders and hold monthly meetings to ensure everyone is on the same page.

3) Conflict resolution:
How is conflict resolved; degree to which conflict is constructive or destructive; whether there is a forum for disagreement; e.g., conflict is avoided or not resolved openly.

4) Central administration:
Relation between congregation, school, and central agency; level of support provided; e.g., the central agency has direct ad frequent interaction with the education program staff.

5) Experience with innovation:
How the staff responds to change: the staff’s past experience with change; the degree to which past initiatives have been fully implemented; how past initiatives were implemented and sustained; e.g., last time the staff initiated a new program, things blew up.

6) School/community relations:
Characteristics of community and degree and type of support for the educational program; whether the congregation members and/or school staff are stable or transient; whether education is a priority among the congregation members, board, etc.; e.g., the congregation resents the amount of funds invested in the educational programs.

7) Organizational climate:
School or congregation structure, climate, governance, relationship with other congregation programs, etc., including the school’s use of human/material resources; e.g https://www.51lunwen.org/StudentPapers/ ., the school staff are pleased with investment in improvements and the educational program; school staff believe they make a difference in the lives of young people.

8) Students:
Characteristics of student population and the relationship with staff; e.g., student population is transient; discipline problems do not seem to be a major problem; degree to which student input is sought and valued; the inclusion of students in crucial decisions related to the school, in an age –appropriate process; e.g., students serve on an advisory board so they can have input with the leadership of the educational programs.
