Especiallyconstructivism raises four learning environment factors of “Circumstance”，‘‘Writing”，“Conversation” and “Meaning construction" and summaries in English listening learning learners'psychology and cognitive factor and raises environmental factor of solving SLA acquirers learning.While combining the picture, article, sound and image, exchanging information timely, super text,super media and other features of computer multi-media assisted English listening teaching andinternet communicating technology are exactly the ideal cognitive tools to realize constructivismlearning environment.
