Introduction
The development of enterprise is inseparable from organizational change, internal and external environment changes, the continuous integration and changes of enterprises’ resource have always brought about opportunities and challenges, which requires that companies should focus on organizational change. And organizational change is a systematic project which involves the relationship of all aspects.
