摘要:The enterprise is the basic cell of the modern economics, as well as the main organization method of the modern production.
1.0 Introduction
The employees are the cell of the enterprise. The relation between employee engagement and organizational performance has close relationship. The better performance of the employee the better the performance of the organization will turn out.
With the purpose to review make the organization have better performance, this paper reviews the relation between employee engagement and organizational performance. This paper consists of three parts. The first part is the introduction of the whole paper with the writing purpose and the layout of the whole paper. The second part is the literature review of the precious studies on the relation between employee engagement and organizational performance. It reviews the employee engagement, the organizational performance, and the combination of the employee engagement and organizational performance. HRM In the combination column, the influenced factors are stated in the internal and external aspects. Last but not least part draws the natural conclusion of the whole paper.
