1. Introduction of XX Company

XX Company is a state-owned enterprise with a long history in Southern Region of Shandong Province, China, whose main business field covers fertilizers, coal chemical industry; in the meantime trade business is also the core business of XX Company. Although the level of www.51lunwen.org/humanresource/ marketization of XX Company had great improvement compared with the past, the current salary incentive system of XX Company is still in a conservative transition stage. Its salary and incentive system has certain representativeness among Chinese enterprises. Therefore, this report targets XX Company to conduct its research.

XX公司是一个在山东省的南部地区，历史悠久的中国国有企业，其主要业务领域涵盖化肥，煤化工产业；同时贸易业务也XX公司的核心业务。虽然对XX公司的市场化水平与过去相比有了很大提高，目前XX公司的薪酬激励体系仍然是一个保守的过渡阶段。其薪酬激励制度在中国的企业具有一定的代表性。因此，本报告的目标公司进行的研究。
