I’vebeen at Matalan Retail Limited for 3 years now and can see things are quickly changing, it’s getting busier and systems and safety have improved. I worked at a pizza production company previously, which was closing down. Matalan Retail Limited had dropped in some application forms and I dropped off my application into Matalan Retail Limited the same morning. The money is alright too and the bonus has been good for the past few months. We are paid a productivity bonus related to our team and are also paid accompany bonus twice a year. As a Distribution Clerk my role is really important to store communication. I input data onto a computer for all the products, which have been loaded in the bays for delivery to a store. I then print out information sheets which detail all the products, which are being delivered, and these sheets are given to the driver and then passed on to the store when the load is delivered. Without this information the store would’t be able to manage their stock. My job’s busy.
