inker thinks that“Interlanguage refers to the separateness of a second language learner’s system, asystem that has a structurally intermediate status between the native and targetlanguages.”（Brown, H.D. Principle of Language Learning and Teaching [M] (3rd Ed)Prentice Hall Regents, 1944:201-203）That means “interlanguage” is a speciallanguage system possessed by the second language learners which exist betweentarget language and mother language. It has special features of both of them. AChinese linguist gave the definition of “interlanguage” as: “It’s a special languagesystem which is made up of the foreign language learners when they make incorrectinductions and deductions of the regular patterns of the target language in the processof learning.” Another Chinese linguist Lv Bisong improved the former definition, hepointed out that “This kind of language system is not only different from languagelearners’ mother language in pronunciations, words and phrases, grammars, culturesand communications, but is also different from the target language. It’s a languagesystem which is closing to the right forms of target language step by step through theprocess of learners’ learning.”[10](毛艳阳. 中介语研究综述[J]. 青岛海洋大学学报：社科版，1988（1）：88-92). From the SLA(second language acquisition), eventhough Chinglish is a kind of abnormal English contrary to the formal English, it’s adeveloping procedure of getting similar to the target language.

2.Three Special features of Interlanguage
As every language has its own features, Interlanguage is also a type of theselanguages with its own special characteristics. According to Selinker’s theory, themost primary characteristics of interlanguage can be summarized into three, the firstis systematic, the second is permeable and the third one is dynamic. Even thoughthere are strong differences and changes existing in the interlanguage used by thesecond language learners’. There are still some obvious systematic and internalconsistencies existing in every different stage. In Adjemian’s refinements of theInterlanguage Hypothesis, he selected out amounts of significant features ofinterlanguage. Following with the hypothesis that interlanguage is a natural kind oflanguage, the first one given by him is the systematicity. In this case, it means that aninterlanguage should be a specified collection of entities instead of a stochastic one.We can also give a conclusion from an opposite way that actually we supposed aninterlanguage to be a systematic from the start. Interlanguage has an intrinsicallyaccordant structure compared with all the other languages. And that is the reason whythe interlanguage is verifiable to the analysis in a systematic linguistic way.
