摘要:All in all, a brand plays a very important role in the marketing strategy for companies. LUMA should manage to build a strong brand through brand identity, brand meaning and so on. Through building a strong brand, the La Trobe University can make the LUMA a leading brand at home and even internationally so that the museum can really help make art an integral part of the university community.

Three Cs: 

 Customer–A customer is usually used to refer to a current or potential buyer or user of the products of an individual or organization ‘If you can really focus on the customers and give them a fantastic service, then what you will get is more referrals and far more sales per pound of fixed cost.’(BBC News. October 3, 2003) with the public found under pressure all too often, museums should act as a leisure place where the mass can appreciate cultures and civilizations. LUMA should often design some funny and creative campaigns to educate and inspire the public through entertainment. Thus, the museum is more customer-oriented and better satisfies the consumers’ needs. 

Convenience - The ease of finding the product, finding information about the product and several other factors and buying the product. Organizations should perfect its information service system providing customers with more information about its products. “Experimentation and risk taking need to be encouraged, and innovation is to be required to try out new paradigms of service.”(Mardikian,1995) the museum should make the best of the internet in the Information Age and Get customers informed of the product and latest changes in displays and exhibitions. Put customers in a position to know about the museum online or on TV, in newspapers. The works of art must be sorted and displayed in distinct halls, which make it very convenience for customers to visit what they want to appreciate.
 Channel–Roles of marketing channel in marketing strategy:
Links producers to buyers. 
 Performs sales, advertising and promotion. 
 Influences the firm's pricing strategy. 
 Affecting product strategy through branding, policies, willingness to stock and customizes profits, install, maintain, offer credit, etc. (Bills,2008)
All channels have been applied to provide the customers with the opportunities to access the information on the product. The La Trobe University Museum of Art constantly improves the institutions and adopts necessary practices so as to make sure the exhibitions, education and public programs flow in the direction of customers.
Three Ss
 Situation–the total marketing environment in which the company competes and the status of company products and distribution channels. With more and more money earned by the public, there are an increasing number of people who show interest in art and other spiritual culture. Therefore, the museum should offer different exhibitions and programs for customers with different needs and preferences. However, it’s the fact that in the transient culture, the public emphasize the immediate gratification so that the multitude turns to TV series, movies or other entertainments. In order to attract more people to visit the museum, a lot of creative programs have to be developed. 
b) Speed– the rate at which a product is updated or developed and a company react to the needs of customers and market changes. It is often the case that many museums are always showing the same things without any changes.
