摘要:隐性知识,是很难以描述的一种认知形式。在竞争激烈的市场环境中,企业已经意识到隐性知识有很多的竞争优势。本文对职场中的合作学习和知识共享进行研究。

hat people know and how people know what they know. Co-operative inquiry was described as 'extended' because it reaches beyond the primarily theoretical knowledge of academia. Four ways of knowing occurs as a result of co-operative inquiry and these are: Experiential knowing- which refers to face-to-face or direct knowing through empathy and resonance as knowledge is acquired through a means that is impossible to put into words, Presentational knowing- which results from experiential knowing and is expressed through story, drawing, movement, dance etc, Propositional knowing- this happens when we gain knowledge through ideas and theories embedded in information accessed, and Practical knowing- refers to a knowledge of 'how to do' which is displayed in skills, knack or competence. When these four ways of knowing are in agreement, co-operative inquiry is aid to be more valid - meaning it is rich, deep, true to life and useful (Reason, 1999).

Third-person inquiry views co-operative inquiry from a 'for them' inquiry approach. It is focused on initiating inquiry in a wider community or organisation. In comparison with first- and second-person inquiry, third-person inquiry exhibits its robustness in that it presents a challenge of conducting research on a large scale to deal with issues confronting societies (Reason, 2001). Since co-operative inquiry has a bias for solving social challenges, first- and second-person inquiry might not attain the desired objective unless it is able to influence a wider community through third-person inquiry. As a qualitative research methodology, Action Research helps researchers to discover practical knowledge that is useful for everyday life because it approaches researching in a manner that seeks to improve the social well-being of humans.

Bearing on the time factor that steered the scope of this research, a first- and second-person inquiry seemed to have sufficed. Nonetheless, to initiate a lasting positive shift in organisational culture for the Adecco team, it is needful to introduce in future, the third-person inquiry in furtherance to what has already been inquired.

How does Co-Operative Inquiry fit this research?

Co-operative Inquiry promotes participation, demonstrates political and epistemological attributes. It upholds the right of people to have a say in decisions which affect them and emphasises the fact that knowledge is subjective and objective and rooted in our experience with the world based on the accounts we give - articulated in our theories and models and expressed in the way in which we engage in action.

The objective of this research work is to 'study the trends' of Collaborative Learning in the workplace and identify critical factors that hamper or promotes its effectiveness. Given that learning has a human-factor and is action oriented, to acquire factual knowledge about learning, an experiential approach is most useful - and this means that we stand to gain understanding from exploring our past, current and future experiences. To explore and learn from our experiences, there is a need to 'question' our past and current actions, make-sense of it to determine future actions that will be in our best interests individually and collectively.

Co-operative inquiry thus stands clear as a useful approach in achieving the rese论文英语论文网提供整理,提供论文代写英语论文代写代写论文代写英语论文代写留学生论文代写英文论文留学生论文代写相关核心关键词搜索。
