However, rational system are unreasonable, the irrationality of rationality can be 5th dimension of McDonaldization. McDonaldization has produced many ecological problems to the environment. In conclusion, for my personal view of point, I totally agree that scientific management is still very useful nowadays. One of the examples is 'Burger King', a fast food restaurant; it uses the idea of Taylorism in more advance form. The idea of rewarding workers, training and providing a stable environment for workers to make sure they work harder. Besides, set a supervisor to ensure the entire business run smoothly. I believe that the works will become more efficient by applying scientific management into business nowadays.
