摘要:城市人口密度的公式=城市人口/城市面积。结合上面的数据分析后,我们可以看到,城市人口密度越高,房价越高;城市人口密度越低,房价越低。而往往这些城市人口密度大的城市,都是大城市。


其实道理很容易理解,大城市人多了,相对于小城市来说土地资源就稀少了,人均占地就少了,所以房价也随之高了起来。
