This research is aim to distinguish the differences between the state-owned commercial banks and joint-stock commercial banks in order to analyze the effect of different ownership for banks, by carrying on comparison of these two types banks to get a better understanding of which will be more efficient to the economy and help to establish the more efficient and prudent banking system. 本研究旨在区分国有商业银行和股份制商业银行之间的差异，以分析的效果不同所有制银行，通过这两类银行进行比较，以得到更好的理解，这将更有效率的经济，并有助于建立更加高效和稳健的银行体系。

In this literature review, I will focus on the empirical studies on the state-owned banks. The empirical studies focus on bank ownership influence; the reason why state-owned enterprises (SOEs) may be less efficient than the private ownership, and privatization methods for government; the test on bank’s partial privatization; the empirical studies on the relationship between the bank ownership and performance; the importance of bank recapitalization.
First I will introduce the regression model used in this paper for testing bank prudence; then I will briefly describe the hypothesis and variables, and finally I will state the data source.首先，我将介绍本文中使用的回归模型，测试银行审慎，那么我将简要地描述假设和变量，最后我将说明数据源。
