摘要：在改革开放政策下,家族企业在过去三十年得到了迅速的发展。家族企业对中国经济的发展有很大的贡献。和在其他国家一样,家族企业在中国的平均寿命太短,且主要原因就是家族企业传承的失败。本研究以浙江家族企业为代表,收集那些处于继承期或已完成继承的企业的信息,根据问卷调查所收集的数据进行了分析,找到了一个家族企业的成功核心要素。

tistical data from “the development report of Chinese individually-run enterprises” shows that to the end of 2008, there are more than 6 million individually-run enterprises in China and the family business has the rate more than 90%. Family business in Zhejiang Province has a biggish proportion than other provinces. To the “the development report of Zhejiang Province individual-run enterprises 2008” shows that there are more than 620 thousands family enterprises in Zhejiang Province, it is nearly 10% in the whole China. The family business in Zhejiang Province is the representative of family business in China. There are also some Zhejiang family business to be world famous enterprises such as WangXiang Group and Wahaha Group.
The average life of family business which does great contribution to the development of economy in the world wide is only about 20 years (Grassi, 2006). The survey from McKinsey in 2000 shows the average life of family business in the world wide is about 24 years, and only about 30% family business can passed to the next generation, the family business which can inherit to the third generation is hardly up to 13%.
